What is the difference between Blogger and Blogspot:

Blogger is a free publishing platform, while Blogspot is a free domain service provider. Blogspot provides you a free subdomain (example.blogspot.com) when you create a blog using Blogger.
Blogspot has to be used with Blogger, but Blogger doesn’t have to be used with Blogspot. Because you can connect a custom domain (example.com) in your blog. However, both are designed to work together in serving the best and free blogging experience for their users.

At first, I want to clarify that it all depends on you. You can choose Blogger or you can choose any other platforms like WordPress it's all your choice. But, Here I come today to share my own opinion. There’s no single answer to this question, and I don’t believe that every person should use Blogger. But there are some really good reasons for using Blogger. I will not compare between Blogger and WordPress. I used some sentence in this article just for understanding not for comparing between Blogger and WordPress. So, please take it easy.
Blogger is a free service. Though it is a free service, it provides you a lot of opportunities. You can create a beautiful blog in Blogger without spending a single piece of money. There are many useful functions and features in Blogger such as Custom Templates, Custom Domain, Adsense Earnings Tab, Custom robots.txt, Custom ads.txt, Custom Meta Tags, Custom 404 Page, Free SSL certificate on Custom Domain, etc.
When your blog qualifies for Adsense you can easily connect your blog with Adsense from the Blogger Earnings tabs. You can see your earnings information in the Earnings Tab.

The most useful feature of Blogger is to me is Free SSL ON Custom Domain. Yes, you heard it right, you can get a free SSL Certificate on your Custom Domain without costing money. I think it is one of the best features of Blogger.
